1. Who we are
This website is operated by HalfRobo Technologies Pvt. Ltd.(“HalfRobo”, “we”, “us”), registered at Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan 303905, India. Throughout these terms, “you” means the person browsing this site or placing an order.

2. Using this website
By using this site, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or are using it with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
- The information you give us — name, address, phone number — is accurate and current.
- You will not attempt to disrupt the site, access other customers’ accounts, or use it for anything unlawful.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.
3. Products and descriptions
We sell electronic components, development boards, sensors, modules and related hardware.
We try to describe every product accurately, but specifications are supplied by manufacturers and can change without notice. Photographs are for illustration — actual colour, revision or packaging may differ slightly. If a product you receive does not match its description, that is covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Components are sold for development and prototyping. They are not certified for use in medical, automotive, aerospace, industrial-safety or other life-critical systems, and must not be used in them.
4. Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
- Prices can change at any time, but a change will never affect an order already confirmed.
Occasionally a product may be listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or human error. If that happens we will contact you before shipping, and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the higher amount.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges we received it; a contract forms when we dispatch the goods.
We may decline or cancel an order if:
- The item is out of stock or has been discontinued.
- There was a pricing or description error.
- We cannot deliver to the address given, or the address appears invalid.
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive use.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.
6. Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available for your PIN code.
Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Card and UPI details are entered on Cashfree’s secure page and are never received, seen or stored by HalfRobo. We record only the payment reference and whether it succeeded.
For Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries may mean we limit that option on future orders.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines, charges and serviceable areas are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the courier, its progress is outside our control.
8. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where one applies. HalfRobo does not offer a separate warranty of its own beyond the rights described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from incorrect wiring, reversed polarity, over-voltage or static discharge.
- Physical damage, water damage, or burnt or modified components.
- Normal wear, or consumables such as batteries and filament.
- Components that have been soldered, cut or otherwise altered.
9. Intellectual property
The HalfRobo name, logo, site design and original content belong to us. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers and appear here only to identify the goods we sell — their use does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.
10. Reviews and content you submit
Reviews are moderated before publication. We may decline content that is abusive, misleading, off-topic or promotional. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on the product page alongside your display name.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost data, or damage to other equipment — arising from the use or misuse of products bought here.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that governs it. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
