1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

Collected automatically
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in.
- Your cart contents, stored in your browser.
- Server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — kept for security and troubleshooting.
We never see your card or UPI details.Payments are entered on Cashfree’s own secure page. We receive only a reference number and whether the payment succeeded — no card number, no CVV, no UPI PIN.
3. Why we process it
- To fulfil your order — the contract between us. Without this data we cannot ship anything.
- To support you — answering questions, handling returns and refunds.
- To keep accounts secure — detecting repeated failed logins and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations — tax and accounting records.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing email unless you have specifically asked for it.
4. Who else sees your data
Only the parties needed to complete your order:

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute. Beyond that, nobody else receives it.
5. How long we keep it
- Account details — until you ask us to delete the account.
- Order records — retained as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after account deletion.
- Contact messages — kept while we deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period after.
- Server logs — a short rolling window for security purposes.
6. How we protect it
- The whole site runs over HTTPS.
- Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and are never readable — not even by us.
- The session cookie is
httpOnly, so scripts in your browser cannot read it. - Repeated failed logins temporarily lock the account against guessing attacks.
- Signing out invalidates the session everywhere.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Show you the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate — most of this you can edit yourself in your account.
- Delete your account and personal data, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Withdraw consent for anything you previously agreed to.
Email contact@halfrobo.in. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that nobody else can request your data.
8. Cookies
We use only what the site needs to function:
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in. Cleared when you sign out.
- Local storage — remembers your cart between visits.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking cookies will stop you being able to sign in or check out.
9. Children
This site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where the change affects you significantly, notify you by email.
